You've ordered a product from Wikao and you're disappointed. The size, colour or model doesn't suit you. You then have 14 days to return your purchase and be credited with the corresponding amount. Here's how to do it.

The item :

It must not have been used and must be returned to us in its original packaging with all the cardboard and polystyrene protections that were initially present at the time of dispatch. These two conditions are imperative in order to initiate the refund procedure.

Prior contact:

Before sending the item back to us, we kindly ask you to contact us by telephone and fill in the returns form available in your "my account" area, under the heading "history and details of my orders". We reserve the right not to accept a parcel returned to us without prior contact with the buyer.

Choice of carrier:

We only accept returns by the Post Office if the item was initially delivered to you by its services. In all other cases, we will only accept returns if they are made by a carrier.

Have you received my return?

If all the conditions have been met, we will credit the credit card you used to make your purchase. We can also issue a credit note at your convenience.
