An ethanol wall heater in the shape of a cross

Cross is a wall-mounted ethanol fireplace in the shape of a cross, but off-centre. Its design incorporates two intersecting black steel sections, defining the hearth itself. The burner is incorporated into the horizontal part, and protected by a glass pane that is itself well assimilated by the design. Finally, to complete the description of Cross, there is a base made from a stainless steel plate: this material, which is cold at first glance, becomes a kind of reflector when your wall-mounted fireplace is in operation, reflecting all the intensity of the flame back into the room: Cross is therefore a kind of atmosphere creator.

Power and heating capacity

Cross is equipped with a small one-litre burner. With an output of 2.4 kW, it will be autonomous for 3 hours 30 minutes, during which time it will consume around 0.35 l/h. When used in a medium-sized living room, Cross can be appreciated for the extra heating it provides.

Assembly and maintenance

The body of the fireplace is factory-assembled, so you're not buying a kit fireplace that's time-consuming to assemble yourself! All you have to do is fit the wall installation kit supplied, following the steps in the instructions. All you need to do is make a few holes in the wall and fit some wall plugs. Once your fireplace is securely fixed to the support, you'll need to fit the burner into it and then fill it up for the first time. it usually takes about 25 minutes from unpacking to the first start-up.

As far as maintenance is concerned, periodic light cleaning of the steel parts with washing-up liquid will be sufficient. For stainless steel, you will need to use a product specially designed for this material.
