A painting for lovers

Let's take a close look at this painting: on one side, a red flower, the colour of passion. On the other, a pink flower, the colour of love: the two are intertwined, entwined in a movement full of affection: we are undoubtedly looking at a painted metaphor. This is a tribute to lovers.

The artist has chosen to use a variety of materials for his canvas. First of all, there is a white stretcher on which a sheet of aluminium has been glued, brushed and then painted. The result is a striking effect of material, allowing the colour to stand out. The details have been carefully worked out, highlighted by fine white lines.

To complete the work, the painter added a few handwritten elements, like sweet nothings between lovers.
