Scroll painting, modern and contemporary

This is a very modern design. A black canvas frame supports a sheet of aluminium. This sheet has been worked to create a background with metallic reflections, creating an interesting initial visual impact. Then it's the turn of a movement to appear on the canvas: red, spreading out from left to right, this powerful volute sets the overall rhythm, while a few square elements imitating gold leaf add a calmer, more soothing touch.

In spirit and colour, this canvas resembles the contemporary painting arche.
